One of the great things about having a radio station that actual plays real music, is that when an artists drops by the studio for a chat they recognise that this ain't sterile, safe, commercial network station that needs an artist bio supplied by the label attached with a paper clip. Whether it's Dj Premier, Jean Grae, Chali 2na or Buff1, the most revealing interviews are those that are delivered by people that know who the fuck they're actually talking to. This here is a classic example.

This interview took place during the Buff1 visit to NZ back in August 2010, during the Brew Up show with Tom Scott asking the questions & Dj Substance on the decks.
